Write will – ensure inheritance
It is of tremendous importance that you write a will, to ensure
that your wishes are carried out after your death. Without a will,
there is a limit on how much your spouse can inherit, you cannot
distribute money amongst your family members, your estate will not
pass on to an unmarried partner, and many other such situations. If
you'd rather that your loved ones not have to deal with such
problems to add to their grief, it is vital to write a will.
How do you write a will? There are many online services
available for will creation, but you run the risk that you will
write a will which does not stand up legally. An online service may
be a good start, but you should have the will checked over by a
qualified legal advisor regardless - so it may be a better idea to
go to them in the first place.
If you are concerned about being able to afford the services of
a legal advisor to write your will, there may be financial help
available for you. For more information about this, how to write
your will and the legalities involved, read our free Wills
