Last Will and Testament

How do I make a Last Will and Testament?

Your Last Will and Testament may be the most important document you create in your life. It can be a daunting task to sit down and draft one, but it is also a necessity.

You may assume that your wishes will be carried out regardless or that the inheritors of your estate should be obvious, but without a last will and testament, you will not be able to do such things as decide how much money is left to family members, establish who will become the guardian of your children should you and your partner both pass on, leave money to a charity or any number of other things. In fact, if you have not written a last will and testament, there are even limits set on how much your spouse will inherit from you.

Clearly a last will and testament is extremely important. For more information about why you need one and how to set about creating one, we have a free Wills guide available.
