How to make a free Will and Testament
Your Last Will and Testament is one of the most important
documents you will ever create. Ensuring your estate is distributed
amongst your loved ones according to your wishes is a huge
responsibility.
Many websites will offer free Will and Testament forms, but
without any legal advice or proper understanding of the terminology
used, your will may not be legally binding or could easily be
contested.
It is probably best not to use free Will and Testament services
- your will needs to be checked by someone who can ensure the
document is watertight. If you are concerned about your finances,
there may be help available for you to afford the services of a
solicitor or other legal consultant.
