How to create will
If you want to ensure that your wishes are carried out after you
pass on, you need to create a will. If you do not create a will,
you will not be able to distribute your money amongst relatives,
pass on your estate to an unmarried partner, specify guardianship
of your children, and many other problematic scenarios.
There are plenty of websites available which offer to create a
will for you, but if you create a will online without having it
verified by a qualified legal advisor, there will be no opportunity
for you to amend any mistakes before it is too late. While you may
know exactly what you have in mind when you create your will, the
difficulty involved in translating your wishes into the legal
jargon required is another matter entirely.
If you're looking to create a will, ideally you should seek a
legal advisor to draft it for you, or at least have them look over
any will you create by other means. Creating a will could determine
the future of your loved ones - it's best you don't leave it to
chance.
