Information about your credit card warranty
If you've bought a product on your credit card that later turned
out to be faulty, your credit card may provide you with a warranty
for refunds.
Under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, you have a
warranty to claim a refund from your credit card provider if you
bought unsatisfactory goods and services worth between £100 and
£30,000 and the retailer refuses to provide you with the necessary
refund.
This warranty acts to ensure you cannot be cheated out of your
cash by unscrupulous sellers, as your credit card company is
obliged under the law to cover these costs.

it and your rights under the law, be certain to have a peek at our
