Read up on NHS funded Continuing Care
NHS funded Continuing Care is a payment that elderly people may
be eligible to receive if they are required to go into a care home
for medical reasons.
The truth of the matter is that, where someone must go into care
due to health issues which require constant nursing attention, they
are eligible to receive NHS funded Continuing Care,
which means they do not cover the fees themselves.
NHS funded Continuing Care is available to anyone who is in care
primarily due to health problems. Unfortunately, the assessments
for Continuing Care are often poorly conducted, and many elderly
sufferers of conditions such as Alzheimer's are mis-assessed and
made to pay their own care home fees when they should not have to.
This can be disastrous for any savings, finances or properties they
may own - especially where the NHS should be footing the bill.
If you feel that a loved one has been cheated out of NHS funded
Continuing Care payments, you may be able to make a claim and
ensure that their care home fees are fully paid for by the NHS. All
you have to do is fill out a simple form and we will be in touch
shortly to inform you as to whether your case could be valid.

"I just had to put pen to paper and write to say I'm more than delighted with my settlement that you won me back from my PPI I had with Lloyds TSB. The Claim Forms were simple to fill in. It was a breeze"
