Are you eligible for fully-funded continuing health care?

If you or a loved one has been wrongly assessed by their local health authority then they may have been incorrectly denied free continuing health care and are paying care home fees out of their own pocket instead.

Local health authorities all over the country have incorrectly assessed thousands of people and denied them of the free continuing health care that they should have been entitled to.

Sufferers of dementia, Alzheimer's disease or any other severe physical or mental disability should be eligible for free continuing health care under the NHS.

If, however, the local health authority carried out an incorrect assessment then they may have been forced to pay expensive care home fees at their own expense.

By law, those with serious health problems should receive full or part funding for NHS continuing health care.
