- We will formally lodge your claim immediately and
properly.
- We will deal with all mortgage company correspondence
and calls on your behalf.
- We will ensure you get a full refund.
- We will communicate with you about your claim throughout.
- We will advise you about other potential claims you may have
(credit card charges, mis-sold PPI etc).
- If the mortgage company does not settle your claim, then we
will refer your case to the Financial Services Ombudsman and manage
the whole process.
