Does your mobile phone complaint relate to one of the following?
Ofcom have provided rules in which mobile phone providers must
follow to avoid mis-selling mobile phone contracts. Providers
must:
- not deliberately mis-sell mobile phone contracts or
services;
- ensure that the consumer wishes to enter into a contract and
that they are authorised to do so;
- ensure that consumers are fully informed and given the correct
information in order for them to make an informed decision at the
point of sale;
- make sure that any cash back deals offered by the retailers are
not restrictive in their terms and conditions;
- carry out due diligence checks on their retailers.

"I just had to put pen to paper and write to say I'm more than delighted with my settlement that you won me back from my PPI I had with Lloyds TSB. The Claim Forms were simple to fill in. It was a breeze"
