You may have received a call from a salesman who said he works
for the company and been offered a new phone upgrade or some other
benefit.
Key signs your contract may have been mis sold:
- Finding yourself signed up to a more expensive tariff than
agreed when it was sold to you;
- Upgrading your 12 month contract believing you were signing up
to another 12 month deal, but then finding yourself entering into a
new, longer contract lasting 18, 24 or even 36 months;
- Signing up to a service after being told network coverage in
your area is good, but then finding that you have little or no
signal/reception.
