PPI Credit Cards

PPI, Credit Cards and Financial Mis-Selling

If you have PPI on credit cards, did you know that you may have been mis-sold it?

Many people do not realise it but PPI or Payment Protection Insurance, available on credit cards and other types of loans, is often sold wrongly to consumers. This is because of a problem. The problem is that many financial institutions wish to sell more PPI, on credit cards and elsewhere, in order to make greater profit. The truth is that many PPI policies would not pay out even when they should.

PPI on credit cards is intended to help you to keep up the repayments on your cards if unforeseen financial problems should befall you. Unfortunately, you must meet stringent requirements to qualify, and many people do not meet these requirements - which include the need to be in full-time work and to have never suffered from any ailment, including stress and backache.

If you have been mis-sold PPI on your credit cards, you may be able to make a claim to have your insurance premiums refunded and cancel your policy. This will not be easy, however, as lending institutions are generally reluctant to give up this profit. That's where Claims Financial can help. Just fill out the form on this page and we will be in touch shortly to discuss your case.

"I just had to put pen to paper and write to say I'm more than delighted with my settlement that you won me back from my PPI I had with Lloyds TSB. The Claim Forms were simple to fill in. It was a breeze"
