According to the Financial Ombudsman, PPI is widely mis-sold
In a recent announcement from the Financial Ombudsman, PPI claims are said to be on the rise. Payment Protection Insurance, which is intended to allow you to keep up repayments on a loan should you suffer a loss of income, has been widely mis-sold - to the extent that, according to the Ombudsman, PPI complaints are upheld in a staggering 80% of cases.
There's an obvious conclusion to be drawn from this announcement by the Financial Ombudsman - PPI compensation is worth pursuing. Millions of people have been sold PPI inappropriately, in situations where they did not want it, did not know they would be paying for it or did not qualify to claim it.
However, before you can take a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman, PPI compensation must first be sought through other means - dealing with the financial institution who sold it to you. And they don't want to pay out, so they make it as hard as possible for you.
Here at Claims Financial, however, we can make your life easier by ensuring you never have to deal directly with either your loan company or the Ombudsman. PPI complaints are our speciality and we'll seek compensation on your behalf on a No Win No Fee basis, so you don't have a thing to worry about.
You don't have to waste evening after evening composing lengthy letters to your lender and the Financial Ombudsman. PPI compensation can be as simple as filling out the form on the right - we'll do the rest.
We claimed £27,347,402 in 2012 *** Average payout £2,504.76
I would like to thank you sincerely for all the work you have done in all my claims. Your hard work is very much appreciated, and I shall not hesitate in recommending your services to all of my family and friends.
I just had to put pen to paper and write to say I'm more than delighted with my settlement that you won me back from my PPI I had with Lloyds TSB. The Claim Forms were simple to fill in. It was a breeze.
