British Airways strike and Unite
Financial refunds, PPI and card charges
On 17th May British Airways won an injunction at the High Court of London preventing the trade union Unite from going ahead with its impending strike action, scheduled to take place in the next 4 weeks with an intention to disrupt millions of passengers.
Travellers are delighted but Unite has criticised the High Court Judge, blaming the loss on a minor technicality. People are entitled to claim compensation for flight delay and cancellation in certain circumstances (up to €600 per passenger). To learn more please visit our free guide at Flight Delay Claim.
Also, today you can claim £1000s in financial refunds.
Claim Back ALL Unfair Credit Card Charges - late payments etc. Average of £600 per card.
Loan protection insurance (PPI) If you have a Loan, Credit Card or Mortgage with any of the following companies you could be owed £1000s:
Natwest, RBS, Northern Rock, HBOS, Lloyds TSB, HSBC, Halifax, Bradford & Bingley, Barclays, Alliance & Leicester, Abbey (or any other bank or building society).
It's not having a loan that's the problem, but the insurance that comes with it (Payment Protection Insurance, Income Protection, Loan Insurance). This insurance has been mis-sold alongside millions of loans. If you have PPI you may have a claim for thousands of pounds.
