Are your Virgin credit card charges excessive or unfair?
Like other credit card companies, Virgin charges its customers
penalty fees in certain situations. These may include late
payments, payments which are returned, or a customer exceeding
their credit limit. What a lot of people don't know is that there
are boundaries on how much it is legally permissible for your
credit card company to charge you.
The cap placed on credit card charges by the Office of Fair
Trading is £12. If Virgin, or another credit card supplier, has
imposed a penalty fee on you which is higher than £12, this is
considered an excessive charge and you are allowed to claim that
money back.
At Claims Financial, our speciality is dealing with financial
institutions such as Virgin Money on behalf of the consumer,
reclaiming money lost to unfair credit card charges. Our service
operates on a No Win No Fee basis, so you don't pay a penny if your
claim is unsuccessful.
You can claim for charges going back six years, and we aim to
recoup the entire amount you paid, plus interest. If you're
interested in having us reclaim money you may be owed by your
credit card company, fill in your details on the right.

"I just had to put pen to paper and write to say I'm more than delighted with my settlement that you won me back from my PPI I had with Lloyds TSB. The Claim Forms were simple to fill in. It was a breeze"
