What can I do about an unauthorized credit card charge?
Credit card companies charge their customers fees for all kinds
of reasons. While these charges are unauthorized by the credit card
holder, most see them as an inevitability they can do nothing
about.
In fact, there is a cap on the amount your credit card company
is permitted to charge you for any default fee. This upper limit is
£12, as determined by the Office of Fair Trading in April 2006.
Anything more than this means you have been hit by an unauthorized
credit card penalty charge.
Claims Financial specialises in dealing with credit card
companies, and reclaiming money that our customers have lost to
these unauthorized credit card charges. We will seek to reclaim all
the fees you have paid to your credit card supplier over the past
six years, plus interest.
We operate on a No Win No Fee basis, so there's no reason not to
challenge any unauthorized credit card penalty charges you have
received. To start a claim, fill in your details in the form on the
right.

"I just had to put pen to paper and write to say I'm more than delighted with my settlement that you won me back from my PPI I had with Lloyds TSB. The Claim Forms were simple to fill in. It was a breeze"
