Paying too much in RBS credit card charges?
If you own a credit card from the Royal Bank of Scotland, it's
possible that you are paying excessive credit card charges. While
the Royal Bank of Scotland is legally entitled to fine you in
situations such as late or returned payments or exceeded credit
limits, there is a cap on the maximum amount they may charge as a
default fee.
The maximum fee is £12. Have you paid more than £12 a time for
credit card charges? If so, an Office of Fair Trading ruling from
April 2006 allows you to claim back the amount you paid in excess
from the Royal Bank of Scotland or any other financial
institution.
If you have been overcharged, Claims Financial can help you get
your money back. Not only can we reclaim the excess, but we will
strive to have ANY MONEY you have lost on unfair credit card
charges in the past six years refunded. We deal with your credit
card company for you and handle your case in its entirety, and our
service is entirely NO WIN NO FEE.
Enter your details in the form on the right, and we'll do the
rest. Or, if you'd like to learn more about Claims Financial, click here.

"I just had to put pen to paper and write to say I'm more than delighted with my settlement that you won me back from my PPI I had with Lloyds TSB. The Claim Forms were simple to fill in. It was a breeze"
