is sit back and wait while we administer your claim and get
your charges back for you.

Our services while carrying out your claim include:
- Obtaining the correct records (evidence).
- Assessing the value of your claim, which will also include
statutory interest.
- Communicating with your credit card company.
- Negotiating the highest possible amount.
- Assessing any offers made.
- Chasing your refund after the claim is resolved.
- If the credit card company's response is not satisfactory we
refer your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service and
manage the whole process until you get your cheque.
