  • Assessing the value of your claim, which will also include statutory interest.
  • Communicating with your credit card company.
  • Negotiating the highest possible amount.
  • Assessing any offers made.
  • Chasing your refund after the claim is resolved.
  • If the credit card company's response is not satisfactory we refer your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service and manage the whole process until you get your cheque.
