Our Fees
We are so confident in our ability to help you that we will act
for you on a No Win No Fee basis.
Our fee is 25% plus VAT of the damages we recover for you with a
minimum fee of £75.
Case example:
We reclaim £1000 in unfair credit card charges for you, our fee
is 25% (plus 17.5% VAT) = £293.75 inc. VAT, leaving
you with £706.25.
Please note we have a minimum fee of £150 + VAT on credit card
charge claims. So if we recover £250 for you our fee
would stand at £176.25 inc. VAT. The minimum fee does not
apply on refunds over £600.
