No charge credit card

How can I get no charges on my credit card?

No charge levied by a credit card company is permitted to exceed £12, according to an Office of Fair Trading ruling. If you have been charged more than £12 due to a missed or returned payment, an exceeded credit limit or any other default fee from your credit card company, you can reclaim the money you lost.

Claims Financial are experts at claiming compensation for customers who have been unfairly charged by their credit card company. We have thousands of successful claims on record, and handle each case the whole way through.

We can reclaim your money for credit card charges going back six years, so you could be entitled to a large payment if you have paid frequent fees on your credit card.

There is no charge if your claim is unsuccessful, and no charge upfront. If you are interested in having us deal with your claim, fill in your details on the right.

"I just had to put pen to paper and write to say I'm more than delighted with my settlement that you won me back from my PPI I had with Lloyds TSB. The Claim Forms were simple to fill in. It was a breeze"
