Dealing with excessive MBNA credit card charges
If you have an MBNA credit card, you may have had to pay penalty
fees at some point. MBNA, like other financial institutions, impose
credit card charges on their customers for a variety of reasons.
But, since April 2006, the Office of Fair Trading has had a limit
placed on how much credit card companies can charge you for default
fees.
The upper cap for any individual credit card penalty charge is
£12. If MBNA, or anybody else, has forced you to pay more than this
at any one time, you have the right to contest these fees and have
the money you paid refunded.
Claims Financial can help. We are experts at dealing with
financial institutions such as MBNA and have reclaimed thousands of
pounds of credit card charges on behalf of our customers. You could
claim for fees you've paid going back six years, and we will
endeavour to have the full cost of those fees refunded, plus
interest.
This service is No Win No Fee, so you submit your claim with no
risk for yourself, and once you give us your details, we do all the
hard work for you. So if you'd like to reclaim money your credit
card company may owe you, just enter your details on the right.

"I just had to put pen to paper and write to say I'm more than delighted with my settlement that you won me back from my PPI I had with Lloyds TSB. The Claim Forms were simple to fill in. It was a breeze"
