How do I go about disputing credit card charges?
Credit card charges such as late payment fees or fines for
exceeding your credit limits can quickly add up. However, there is
a cap, set by the Office of Fair Trading, which determines the
maximum amount your credit card company is permitted to charge you
as a default fee. Some companies ignore this and overcharge their
customers.
If you have been charged more than £12 by your credit card
company at any one time, you may want to consider disputing these
credit card charges, as they are excessive and you are entitled to
a refund.
Disputing credit card charges can be difficult, and that's where
Claims Financial comes in. We act on behalf of the customer to
reclaim money lost to excessive fees, dealing with your case from
start to finish. We have already successfully reclaimed fees for
thousands of satisfied customers, and we can help you too.
There's no charge if we are unsuccessful at disputing your
credit card charges, and all we need to get your claim started is
for you to fill in your details in the form on the right.

"I just had to put pen to paper and write to say I'm more than delighted with my settlement that you won me back from my PPI I had with Lloyds TSB. The Claim Forms were simple to fill in. It was a breeze"
