Make a credit claim for compensation
An Office of Fair Trading ruling on credit card charges states
that £12 is the maximum you can be made to pay as a default penalty
fee for such infractions as exceeding your credit limit or making a
late payment. If you have been charged more than £12 at any one
time, you can claim compensation.
You can make a claim on any credit card you have owned in the
past six years, and claim for any excessive fees during that
timeframe - your credit card company could owe you thousands.
Here at Claims Financial, we operate a NO WIN NO FEE service to
make a claim for credit card charges compensation on your
behalf.
So if you think you might be entitled to claim compensation for
your credit card supplier overcharging you, just enter your details
in the adjacent box.

"I just had to put pen to paper and write to say I'm more than delighted with my settlement that you won me back from my PPI I had with Lloyds TSB. The Claim Forms were simple to fill in. It was a breeze"
