Credit
charges are those fees you may have incurred through the use of
your credit card, whether relating to late payment or any other
situation in which your credit card company may have elected to
levy a penalty.
In many cases, it is not possible to challenge these credit
charges, as they are part of the contract to which you agreed when
you took on the responsibility of a credit card, but sometimes they
are excessive and unfair and in these situations you may be able to
make a reclaim.
Especially in cases where you have received penalty credit
charges of over £12, you may be able to make a claim for a refund.
Unfortunately, the credit card company will make this as difficult
as possible for you, as they do not want to give up a portion of
their money even when it should not have been theirs in the first
place.
