Reclaim Credit Card Charges
Credit cards fees
30 March 2010You may be used to paying credit card fees for late or returned payments on your credit cards or exceeded credit limits. However, an Office of Fair Trading ruling established £12 as the upper limit for these charges.
Therefore, if you have ever received a penalty charge of over £12, you have been overcharged by your credit card company and are entitled to reclaim these fees.
We unfortunately no longer handle claims for credit card charges, although we would like to direct you towards our mis-sold PPI claims service, which could make you £1000s better off.
We handle the case from start to finish, with no payment upfront and no charge if your fees are not refunded. So, if you've been the victim of mis-sold PPI, start your claim today by filling in your details on the right.
