Reclaim Credit Card Charges
Credit card no fees
30 March 2010Being charged credit card fees in situations such as exceeding your credit limit or making a late payment is a commonplace occurrence. The Office of Fair Trading has ruled that, while credit card companies are allowed to charge fees for these reasons, no fee is permitted to exceed £12.
You may have been excessively charged by your credit card company, and if so, it is possible for you to claim this money back for any number of fees going back six years.
Unfortunately Claims Financial no longer pursues claims for credit card charges, but we could help you claim back mis-sold PPI if you were the victim of a widespread mis-selling scandal.
We are experts at dealing with these cases and have successfully claimed back thousands of pounds for clients who have been hit mis-sold PPI.
We charge no fees if your claim is unsuccessful, and all we require to set your claim in motion is for you to submit your details on the right.
