Credit card late fee limitations
While credit card companies are legally allowed to charge a fee
for customers who make late payments, there is a limit on how high
these fees can be set. Many companies massively overcharge their
customers, with late fees which exceed the cap set by the Office of
Fair Trading.
Your credit card late fee should be no more than £12. If you
have been charged more than £12 as a late fee, you can claim this
money back from your credit card company.
Claims Financial operate a service to help customers claim back
money lost to unfair late fees from their credit card supplier. We
deal with your case in its entirety, and we only charge if your
claim is successful.
You are entitled to reclaim money on any late fees going back
for six years, so you could receive a large payment if you have
been charged frequently by your credit card company. Just enter
your details by filling out the form on the right and start your
claim today.

"I just had to put pen to paper and write to say I'm more than delighted with my settlement that you won me back from my PPI I had with Lloyds TSB. The Claim Forms were simple to fill in. It was a breeze"
