them every step of the way so that your case is resolved as
promptly as possible.
Will a claim effect my credit rating?
No. Banks and credit card companies can't put a note about your

Please contact Claims Financial immediately and make sure not to
spend/transfer the funds until further notice. This may be an
interim payment and as such your claim could still be ongoing.

This depends on the credit card company and your circumstances.
Usually a payment is made directly onto your credit card from the
credit card company. If not, a cheque will be sent to you either
from the credit card company or Claims Financial.
I am on a debt management program; can I still make a
claim?
Yes you can, but please inform us of your situation before
submitting your claim. Please also be aware that the credit
card company may use the refund to reduce the outstanding balance
you have with them.
