Reclaim Credit Card Charges
Credit card charge back
31 March 2010Credit card charges, such as those for late or missed payments, can be a nuisance - but in some cases they may also be illegal. The Office of Fair Trading has ruled that, barring exceptional circumstances, any default fee charged by credit card companies should not be in excess of £12. If you have paid more than this as a default fee, you may be entitled to claim this credit card charge back.
These charges are unfair, and you can challenge them. If your credit card supplier has been overcharging you, don't you think it's time you got that money back?
We unfortunately no longer handle claims for credit card charges, although we would like to direct you towards our mis-sold PPI claims service, which could make you £1000s better off.
We operate on a No Win No Fee basis, so you pay nothing if your claim is unsuccessful.
