Are your Capital One credit card charges too high?
Capital One, like other credit card suppliers, levy penalty fees
on their customers for various reasons. Credit card charges may
come about due to late payment, a payment being returned, a
customer exceeding their credit limit, or for other
reasons.
Nonetheless, there is an upper limit on how much they are
legally allowed to charge, set by the Office of Fair Trading in
April 2006. That limit is just £12. If you have received credit
card penalty charges from Capital One or any other financial
institution which exceed £12 each, then you have been charged
unfairly and are entitled to have your money returned.
Claims Financial specialise in dealing with institutions like
Capital One and reclaiming customers' money which has been taken
from them through excessive credit card charges. We can do this for
any excess fees going back six years, and aim to get you a refund
of the complete value you've paid towards these fees, plus
interest.
Our business runs on a No Win No Fee principle, so you pay
nothing if your claim is unsuccessful. So if you feel you've been
charged unfairly by your credit card company, contact us using the
form on the right.

"I just had to put pen to paper and write to say I'm more than delighted with my settlement that you won me back from my PPI I had with Lloyds TSB. The Claim Forms were simple to fill in. It was a breeze"
