Reclaim Credit Card Charges

Barclaycard credit card charges

If you own a Barclaycard, you may be paying too much in credit card charges. Many people simply accept credit card charges as an inevitable annoyance, but there are limits set by the Office of Fair Trading on how much you can be made to pay as a penalty charge by any credit card company.

If you have paid a penalty charge on your Barclaycard which exceeds £12, you have been fined unfairly and are entitled to have that money returned to you.

You can claim for charges going back six years, so if you have been frequently overcharged, you could be entitled to a large payment.

We unfortunately no longer handle claims for credit card charges, although we would like to direct you towards our mis-sold PPI claims service, which could make you £1000s better off.

There's no risk to you, and we handle your case in its entirety. All you have to do is get in touch with us. Fill in your details in the form on the right to start your claim.
