Dealing with Bank of Scotland credit card charges
If you have a credit card from the Bank of Scotland, you've
probably paid credit card charges at one point or another. But did
you know there's a limit on how much they are permitted to
charge?
An April 2006 Office of Fair Trading ruling on default fees
established an upper cap on how much the Bank of Scotland or anyone
else can fine you for credit card charges. That cap is £12. If
you've paid any more than that for exceeding your credit limits,
making a late payment or having one returned, or any other
situation that typically invokes credit card charges, then you are
entitled to CLAIM YOUR MONEY BACK.
Claims Financial specialise in securing our customers
compensation for unfair credit card charges, from the Bank of
Scotland or anyone else. This service is NO WIN NO FEE, so there's
no risk to you, and we endeavour to claim back the ENTIRETY of the
money you have lost to excessive credit card charges in the past
six years, plus interest.
If you'd like to have us handle your claim and not miss out on
the money you're owed, fill in your details on the right.
