Reclaim unfair credit card charges
If you have a credit card and have made late payments,
exceeded credit limits or had returned payments then it is
likely that you have been charged extortionate credit
card charges by your credit card company.
But thanks to a ruling by the Office of Fair Trading it is
possible for us to reclaim these unfair card
charges for you. We have already
reclaimed £100,000s for people like you who
have been ripped off by their credit card companies.
As a result of the OFT's ruling the credit card companies
reduced their penalty card charges from £35 to £12. We still
believe, however, that £12 is too high
and as such we aim to regain the full amount plus
interest.
You can reclaim up to the last six years worth of
credit card charges (five years in Scotland) so if you have been
repeatedly penalised by your credit card company the potential
value of your claim is huge.
Case example:
We reclaim £1000 in unfair credit card charges for you, our fee
is 25% (plus 15% VAT) = £287.50 inc. VAT, leaving
you with £712.50.
Please note we have a minimum fee of £75 + VAT on credit card
charge claims. So if we recover £150 for you our fee
would stand at £86.25 inc. VAT. The minimum fee does not
apply on refunds over £300.
