Debate Tonight
The big debate has arrived and it is set to draw one of the
largest audiences in television history. With so much apathy
and distrust of politicians following the expenses fiasco, why is
this the case?
All 3 leaders are putting on a good show to persuade us
that they will each deliver what the nation needs: stability,
economic recovery, accountability in politics, and 'change'.
It was just 4 months ago when both David Cameron and Gordon
Brown pledged to sort out the Unfair Bank Charges scandal and
following the Surpeme Court ruling in which we the consumers lost
it has all gone quiet and the Banks (who Gordon Brown, on our
behalf, owns) are now once again paying out huge bonuses to the
very people who caused the economic meltdown.
It may not be the case of deliberately mis-leading the public
but we will see. Perhaps, as many people think, politics is
one big merry go round and to survive the players just need to tell
us what we want to hear.
Tonight's debate is on ITV at 8:30 pm and is certain to be a
talking point for the nation until at least next Monday.

"I just had to put pen to paper and write to say I'm more than delighted with my settlement that you won me back from my PPI I had with Lloyds TSB. The Claim Forms were simple to fill in. It was a breeze"
