Customer Services Job - Bristol
Due to significant growth we have a number of
new Customer Services positions.
£12-£14k plus bonus.
9-5 (with potential for some early
evening shifts) Mon-Friday
We are experts in consumer legal services and the roles
will involve dealing with customer queries over the phone and by
email. No legal experience is necessary although an interest
in consumer matters will certainly be beneficial.
Full training will be given but you will probably already have
the following:
1. Be a team player
2. Have a confident and good telephone manner and good written
communication
3. Have a desire to progress within a rapidly growing
company.
4. previous experience in customer services is desirable.
