Claims Financial Ltd is a claims management company and is dedicated to pursuing financial institutions on behalf of the consumer.

We are looking for driven individuals to join an exciting b2b project for an immediate start. The positions will be temporary in the first instance but with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.

Brief job description:

Volume outbound calling to potential affiliates

Building first-rate relationships at all levels

Work closely with account managers to drive results

Use databases to record follow-ups and call outcomes

 

Personal Qualities:

Must have experience of outbound calling (b2b environment preferable)

Have a professional and confident telephone manner

Are ambitious, tenacious and work well under pressure

Must be self-motivated but also able to function well within a team

Able to meet targets and work to strict deadlines

Starting salary £8.00 per hour (plus attractive bonus scheme)
