Refunds for Lloyds bank charges
Lloyds Bank charges customers fees for unauthorised overdrafts,
like most other banks. Not long ago, it was reasonably easy to
challenge these charges and have your money refunded, but a recent
Supreme Court decision has changed that.
In November 2009, the Supreme Court declared that banks such as
Lloyds had the right to charge these overdraft fees, and it is now
far harder for customers to reclaim any money lost in this manner.
However, this does not hold true for all charges, and credit card
penalty fees in particular can still be reclaimed if they are found
to be unfair or excessive.
Claims Financial will deal with Lloyds or another bank on your
behalf to try and get any unfair credit card-related bank charges
refunded for you. We are experts in the field and have already
succeeded in thousands of cases.
If you feel you may be owed money by your bank for credit card
charges, contact us today by filling in the form on the right.

"I just had to put pen to paper and write to say I'm more than delighted with my settlement that you won me back from my PPI I had with Lloyds TSB. The Claim Forms were simple to fill in. It was a breeze"
