Halifax overdraft charges

Have you received excessive or unfair Halifax overdraft charges?

Do you bank with Halifax? Like most other financial institutions, Halifax imposes overdraft charges on its customers, which many view as being excessive. At one point it was fairly simply to challenge these fees and have this money returned, but in November 2009 a Supreme Court decision changed this.

The Supreme Court declared that banks like Halifax were permitted to charge these overdraft charges to their customers, and since then it has become very hard to successfully challenge such fees. These are not the only charges which customers may incur, however, and it is still possible to challenge other penalty fees, such as those involving credit card payments.

Claims Financial endeavours to reclaim the money you may have lost to such fees from the Halifax or any other bank, working on a No Win No Fee basis so there is no risk to you. You could be owed hundreds or even thousands of pounds taken unfairly in charges from you by your bank.

"I just had to put pen to paper and write to say I'm more than delighted with my settlement that you won me back from my PPI I had with Lloyds TSB. The Claim Forms were simple to fill in. It was a breeze"
