Is it possible to claim bank charges?
Following the Supreme Court ruling in September 2009 in which it
was ruled that the Office of Fair Trading could not regulate bank
charges, it is very difficult for consumers to claim bank charges
back.
However, did you know that not all types of bank charges were
covered by the ruling and it is still possible to claim other
charges back?
