Refunds for Bank of Scotland bank charges
If you have a Bank of Scotland account, you may have incurred
bank charges for various reasons. Many people have recently
successfully challenged their bank charges and received refunds,
and perhaps you're wondering if you could do this too.
Sadly, it is no longer so easy to reclaim money from your bank
in many cases. The Supreme Court recently ruled that financial
institutions like the Bank of Scotland were permitted to charge
overdraft fees as they wished, and these bank charges are now much
harder to dispute. This decision does not affect the ability to
submit a claim with regard to non-overdraft fees, however, and you
could still be entitled to money that you have lost to excessive
credit card penalty fees.
If you think this may be the case, Claims Financial would like
to hear from you. We operate a No Win No Fee service which enables
customers to reclaim their money from banking institutions like the
Bank of Scotland. We have already won thousands of cases for
consumers just like you.
So, if you feel you have paid an unfairly large amount in credit
card penalty charges, register a claim with us by filling in your
details on the right.

"I just had to put pen to paper and write to say I'm more than delighted with my settlement that you won me back from my PPI I had with Lloyds TSB. The Claim Forms were simple to fill in. It was a breeze"
